With the extreme nature of scooter riding, all warranties will vary from brand to brand, and will be assessed by either the brand or distributor.
In order to lodge a warranty claim, we will need the below
1) Copy of receipt
2) Pictures of the damaged product ( multiple pictures and angles will be the best option )
3) Explanation has to how the damaged occurred
4) Your contact details ( name, address, phone number, email address)
Once we receive this information, we will forward this to the brand or distributor who will asses and advise whether the item will be covered under warranty or not.
